3.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3.2. Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported immediately.
3.3. The system will automatically log out users after 2 minutes of inactivity.
4.1. Users can upload bills by providing a bill image, seller name, seller mobile number, and amount.
4.2. Uploaded bills are grouped by seller name, with the latest bill appearing on top.
4.3. Users must ensure that uploaded bills are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
5.1. Users can reset passwords using their mobile number,Nick name and PIN.
5.2. Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time.
5.3. The system does not sell or share user data with third parties, except as required by law.
6.1. Users must not upload fraudulent, illegal, or misleading bills.
6.2. Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
7.1. Easy Bill System is provided "as is" without any warranties.
7.2. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of [India/odisha].
